德国酥饼 (German Cookies)

相信玩烘焙的人都不会对这酥饼感到陌生, 没错! 它就是之前在网络里爆红了蛮久的德国酥饼.
第一次做也第一次尝试它的味道, 吃过后才知道它到了什么程度,入口即溶用在它身上可真是贴切极了...

 


Ingredient:
Cake flour – 100g
Potato starch – 150g
Butter – 150g
Icing Sugar – 50g
Milk powder – ½ tablespoon

Method:
1) Mix the sifted icing sugar and butter until the sugar is completely dissolved in butter.
2) Add the sifted cake flour, potato starch and milk powder, mixing until well blended to form soft dough.
3) Roll the dough out and cut into shapes.
4) Bake in preheated oven at 160'C for about 20 minutes.


材料:
低筋面粉 – 100g
马铃薯粉 – 150g
牛油 – 150g
糖粉– 50g
奶粉 – ½汤匙

步骤:
1)将过筛的糖粉及牛油搅拌匀允至糖粉完全溶入牛油.
2)加入过筛的低筋面粉,马铃薯粉和奶粉,拌匀成面团.
3)
把面团揉成小粒或压扁,然后做造型.
4)
预热烤箱,160度烤20分钟即可.
