棒棒糖蛋糕 (Cake Pop)

拥有了第一次的尝试, 知道了问题所在再加以修正, 终于做出了美美的Cake Pop  ^0^
无可置疑, 小孩看了这些Cake Pop都无法抗拒吧! 至于大人们, 那就要看你对甜食钟爱的程度有多深了




Ingredients:
Chocolate cake – 400g (feel free to bake/use any flavor of the cake)
Compound chocolate – 200g
Shortening – ¾ to 1 tablespoon
Lollipop sticks
Colored candies, chopped almonds or other decorative sprinkles
Styrofoam/cup
(Should be able to get 10-12 cake balls from 400g of cake)

Method:
1) Allow the cake to cool after baked, then put in a large mixing bowl.
2) Melt the compound chocolate, add some shortening to thin out a bit, then continue to stir until completely smooth.
3) Crumble the entire cake and add in 1.5 tablespoons of compound chocolate. The compound chocolate will acts as a glue to hold the cake balls together.
4) Mix the compound chocolate evenly throughout the crumbled cake until the cake mix is moist enough to keep its shape. You can add more compound chocolate if your cake is still dry and difficult for shaping.
5) Use your hand to roll the cake mix into little balls.
6) After completed the step 5, put all the cake balls in the freezer for about 15 minutes. This will make the cake balls more solid and prevent them from falling off the stick when coating with chocolate.
6) Take a lollipop stick and dip into the compound chocolate about 1 inch, then place it gently into the center of the chilled cake ball. (This will act as a glue to keep the cake pop and stick attached)
8) Coat the cake pops in the melted compound chocolate evenly.
9) Then decorate the cake pops with sprinkle the colored candies on top.
10) Lastly, place the cake pops in the Styroform or Cup to harden.


材料:
巧克力蛋糕 – 400g (可选择任何口味)                                       
非調溫巧克力 – 200g
白油 - ¾ to 1汤匙
棒棒糖棒
彩色糖/杏仁碎
(以上份量可做1012棒棒糖蛋糕)

步骤:
1)将烘制好的蛋糕搁置一旁,待冷却.
2)隔水溶解巧克力,添加少许白油将之稍微调薄些许,然后继续搅拌至顺滑.
3)/搓碎蛋糕,加入1.5汤匙溶化后的巧克力酱,拌勻至蛋糕能粘在一起且被塑造出形状.
若蛋糕还是很干,无法塑形,那就可再加多点巧克力酱以增加潮湿度.
4)用手将处理过的蛋糕搓圆变成蛋糕粒.
5)当步骤(4)完成后,将所有的蛋糕粒放入冰箱(冷冻部位),冷冻大约15分钟,取出.
这冷冻的步骤能稳固蛋糕粒,使之在粘巧克力酱时不会那么容易脱落.
6)将棒棒糖棒沾上一点巧克力酱,然后再轻轻地插入冷冻过的蛋糕粒里. (巧克力酱将作为胶水把蛋糕粘在棒枝上)
7)将蛋糕粒轻轻地以旋转方试沾上巧克力酱.
8)然后,洒上装饰用的彩色糖/杏仁碎.
9)最后,将装饰好的棒棒糖蛋糕插在保利龙或杯里,让巧克力硬化即可.
