蒸香蕉蛋糕 (Steamed Banana Cake)



材料(A):
I) 香蕉 - 230g
II) 苏打粉 - 1茶匙

材料(B):
I) 自发面粉–130g
II) 鸡蛋–3  
III) 砂糖–120g
IV) 半茶匙


材料(C):
I) 粟米油 - 50g

步骤:
1)      将香焦压成泥状, 再加入苏打粉拌均, 备用.
2)      将砂糖, 鸡蛋及盐 搅拌, 打至糖溶解及起泡.
3)      面粉过筛, 加入蛋汁中, 搅拌匀允.
4)      加入已准备好的材料(A) 拌匀, 待发十五分钟.
5)      过后加入材料(C), 再搁置五分钟.
6)      烤盘涂上一层牛油, 待蒸锅里的水煮滚后, 放入蒸锅以大火蒸20分钟即可.


Ingredients (A):
I) Banana – 230g  
II) Baking Soda – 1 teaspoon

Ingredients (B):
I) Self Raising Flour – 130g
II) 3 Eggs
III) Sugar – 120g
IV) Salt – ½ teaspoon

Ingredients (C):
I) Corn oil – 50g

Method:
1)      Mash the banana, add in the baking powder and mix well. Set aside.
2)      Add sugar, egg and salt into a large mixing bowl, whisk until the sugar is dissolved and foamy.
3)      Sift the flour and add to the egg mixture, gentle fold flour into the eggs.
4)      Add ingredients (A), mix thoroughly and rest for 15 minutes.
5)      Add ingredient (C), let the batter rest for the another 5 minutes.
6)      Grease a cake pan, pour in the batter and steam over high heat for 20 minutes (the water in the steamer must come to a boil first).
